JOB SUMMARY The Business Analyst will work in the Card Present (CP) business and act as the link between external clients and internal teams, translating business needs into structured frameworks for technical teams. The successful candidate will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate autonomously in high-pressure environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management Own multiple projects autonomously, tracking actions, prioritizing and driving progress. Ensure timely resolution of issues. Monitor and improve internal workflows and processes to enhance efficiency. Client Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement Cultivate long-term partnerships with key clients, including banks, acquirers, and enterprise organizations. Translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders. Facilitate meetings between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and understanding. Develop and implement communication strategies to keep clients informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles. Balance client objectives with technical feasibility, ensuring alignment between stakeholder objectives and organizational capabilities. Technical Understanding and Framework Development Transform client requirements into structured frameworks and clear, actionable technical specifications for the development team. Ability to coordinate diverse technical projects, showcasing adaptability across various programming languages and tools. Team Player: Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication Offer guidance and support on client issues and project challenges to other team members. Build and foster relationships across a range of internal teams to help drive project momentum and ensure project timelines are met. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing. Proactively identify opportunities to assist colleagues, stepping in to help during high-pressure situations or tight deadlines. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE At least 4-5 years' experience in a similar role (e.g. Business Analyst, Application Engineer, Product Management, Incident Management). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in successfully managing complex projects, working under pressure and resolving issues. Experience taking the initiative in new environments and proactively identifying solutions without predefined processes. Experience managing a range of different internal and external stakeholders. Experience managing incidents and issues under pressure. Adaptability to different programming languages and drive to learn when faced with unfamiliar environments. Payments industry experience is nice to have but not essential to be successful in this role. Tertiary qualifications.
