Your role will focus on management reporting, cash flow forecasting, and tax planning, helping clients meet compliance requirements and use financial insights to drive better business decisions. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Accounting Advisory – Work directly with CFO Director and clients to provide solutions for expert taxation and compliance advice, including tax planning, financial modelling, pricing strategies, reporting, and management accounting. Process & Compliance Improvement – Enhance accounting workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance while improving efficiency. Regulatory & Deadline Management – Ensure tax and advisory services align with Australian standards, meeting reporting and lodgement deadlines. Team Leadership & Mentorship – Review work, coach less experienced team members, and uphold professional standards. Strategic Partner – Work alongside the CFO Services Director and other Directors to support value add opportunities to our clients. About You CA or CPA (or equivalent) qualification Senior commercial accounting experience min 5 years (essential); public accounting experience (desirable) Strong IT and systems skills, including cloud-based accounting software Proactive and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Able to manage multiple client engagements, working closely with Directors to deliver on expected timeframes Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Eligible to work in Australia, with strong knowledge of tax and compliance regulations Excellent attention to detail and takes great pride in work produced Perks & Culture Bonus incentives – Performance-based rewards for your contributions.
