Located in the heart of Clayton South you'll need to be organised & an all-around legend for a role like this. Under the guidance and passion of dedicated managers, you'll be in charge of making sure the scheduling and coordination of site amenities, runs smoothly Monday - Friday. What's in it for you? Coordinate and schedule maintenance appointments for clients Communicate with customers to confirm and adjust appointment times, providing excellent customer service Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure proper technician allocation and resource management Update and maintain accurate scheduling records in the system Handle incoming service requests and prioritise based on urgency and availability Ensure all maintenance work orders are prepared and completed in a timely manner Communicate any changes or delays in schedules to both customers and technicians Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions Track service progress and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction What do you need? Full working rights within Australia only Previous Australian Customer service and/or administration experience Proven problem-solving skills You need to be a quick learner Excellent time management skills Proficient in using HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite A positive can-do attitude Strong written & verbal communication The ability to work in a team and autonomously An attractive package will be offered to the right candidate for this position.
