Randstad Defence is currently partnering with one of Australia's leading defence organisations to secure exceptional talent for a key project in maritime construction.
We are seeking an experienced engineering professional who specialises in supporting the systems engineering process in a maritime construction facility.
Responsibilities:
* Capture, document and maintain systems requirements throughout the project life cycle.
* Facilitate communication with engineering teams and stakeholders.
* Ensure all requirements comply with defence standards and regulatory requirements.
* Process efficiency improvements, metrics, error rates etc.
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports on status.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will need:
* To be an Australian citizen able to hold and maintain an Australian NV1 Security Clearance.
* Significant experience in requirements management within the defence industry.
* A Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering or related field.
* Professional certification in Requirements Management or Systems Engineering (INCOSE, CSEP).
* Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama).
* Strong experience of systems engineering principles and requirements management processes.
* Knowledge of systems engineering and 'requirements management' principles.
* Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
