This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that values teamwork, innovation, and high standards in facility maintenance and operations.The RoleAs a Site Services Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the office, depot, and associated facilities are maintained to the highest standards. You'll handle both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently while remaining compliant with industry regulations.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and protect building infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance of all equipmentConduct planned and reactive maintenance across the siteMaintain and repair Large Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration Plant to ensure peak efficiencyKeep compliance documentation up to date and perform mandatory checks, including:Legionella controlRefrigeration plant maintenanceDock levellers & access equipmentUse CMMS (Shire) for scheduling and tracking maintenance tasksSupport the installation of new equipment and implement energy-efficient solutionsAssist with office and conference room setups, including audio-visual requirementsWork with the Facilities Manager to ensure maintenance remains within budgetWhat We're Looking ForStrong mechanical & electrical engineering knowledgeExperience with health & safety legislation, including Legionnaires' Disease and Electricity at Work ActSkilled in fault-finding, decision-making, and problem-solvingSelf-motivated with a team player attitudeGreat communication skills across all levelsAbility to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environmentQualifications & ExperienceEssential:Trade apprenticeship + multiple years' industry experienceCity & Guilds in a Mechanical/Electrical disciplineFull, clean UK driving licenseDesirable:C&G 2079 F-Gas & ODS RegulationsBS EN 378:2008 & BS 7671 17th Edition RegulationsCounterbalance FLT Licence & IPAF 3a/3bWhy Apply?This role comes with a highly competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:Generous holiday allowance - 25 days + bank holidaysCompany discounts & reward schemesFree onsite parkingSubsidised onsite restaurant & coffee shopCareer development & training opportunitiesDiscounted gym membershipEnhanced maternity/paternity leaveLong service recognitionReady for your next career move?
