Job Expectations A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Manager Enterprise Manager – Assurance and Risk Controls Assurance, reporting to the Group Risk and Assurance Lead., Privacy, Compliance & Customer Contracting function, where you will join the Strategic Services Group. A bit about your role In this leadership position, you will drive Enterprise Assurance activities and champion the uplift of control maturity across nbn. As the Senior Manager, you will oversee Line 2 assurance activities, collaborate with business units, and provide expert advice, direction and support. You will play a key role in maintaini the Group Assurance Framework, lead education risk monitoring efforts to uplift control maturity, and ensuring the effectiveness of our control assessments. Your ability to work with diverse stakeholders, influence change, and manage complex risks will be essential to your success in this role. A bit about you If this sounds like the role for you, it’s likely that you have proven leadership skills in the assurance space and experience working within influencing senior executives and working with diverse teams. You possess strong business acumen, with the ability to balance commercial orientation and risk management effectively. Your expertise includes risk reporting assurance planning, data analysis, and the use of GRC systems like ServiceNow for risk and control monitoring. You approach your work with a collaborative mindset and have a passion for fostering a risk-aware culture across the business. Additionally, your excellent communication and organizational skills enable you to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities efficiently.
