So, if you love it here as much as we do, and you want to shape our region for the future – you'll want to join our team!The Arts, Heritage and Libraries branch enlivens and enriches the lives of residents and visitors through the provision of library services, creative, cultural and heritage programs.Responsibilities: Lead strategic brand, marketing, audience development, and ticketing initiatives while delivering tactical event marketing plans and communications solutions for Creative Arts projects and programs, including Horizon Festival and ArtsCoast.Supervise the Marketing Team and work closely with the Creative Director to design and implement Marketing and Communications strategies aligned to the Sunshine Coast Creative Arts Plan.Oversee the implementation of brand, ticketing, audience, digital, and content strategies to motivate attendance and enhance engagement.Manage the development and implementation of overarching brand and project campaigns, including managing timelines and budgets.Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Marketing Team.Develop and manage relationships with key media and marketing partners.Oversee the development of creative, audience-focused content for campaign communications across multiple channels.Collaborate with graphic designers and external suppliers to produce branded marketing activities across various mediums.Contribute to Creative Arts research and reporting, preparing post-event marketing reports for sponsors and strategic marketing partners.About you: As a marketing professional, you will possess tertiary qualifications in marketing or a relevant field from a recognised educational institute, or have substantial equivalent experience. You will have demonstrated experience in marketing across cultural arts events and festivals.
