Your new role
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of Level Plumbing's growth strategy. You will oversee the development and execution of sales policies, strategies, and procedures, as well as managing marketing activities including social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects. Your role will also involve driving customer relationship management processes, including tenders, and developing strategies to retain and grow the customer base. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting gap analyses of the business and boosting sales and marketing through the core business.
What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum 5 years of recent experience in a similar role, including digital marketing strategies across B2B and B2C channels.
* A well-crafted sales process/methodology and a proven track record of success.
* Outstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving ability, especially in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong customer service ethos.
* Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to work independently.
* A strategic thinker with a strong ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
* The ability to communicate effectively with tradespeople and articulate their technical language into marketing advertisements would be advantageous.
