Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing and enhancing campaign analytics data models and BI suites
* Extracting actionable insights to optimise campaign performance
* Conducting audience experiments and driving continuous improvement through iterative insight loops
Responsibilities:
* Serve as a key business partner within the Acquisition team, driving campaign optimisation and performance improvements while maintaining alignment with the central Data & Analytics team.
* Craft compelling visual data stories that highlight opportunities and challenges, generating insights, and presenting data to guide decision makers
* Develop and maintain marketing attribution data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions within the data warehouse ecosystem and BI platform
* Collaborate with decision makers to gather and prioritise data requirements, translating them into actionable specifications.
* Analyse end-to-end campaign performance, from impression to sale, including website conversion and offline conversion metrics.
* Perform market and audience analyses to inform and drive the development of future campaigns.
* Formulate hypotheses and drive data-driven experiments, including A/B testing, while experimenting with first-party and third-party audiences to achieve performance uplift
* Enhance insight generation by implementing advanced analytics and diagnostic solutions into BI platforms, progressing from descriptive to prescriptive analytics.
* Investigate and resolve data tracking and quality issues to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
About You:
* 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar analytics-focused role or 5+ years of relevant experience, in the insurance or digital marketing industry, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
* Expertise in SQL and proficiency in Tableau
* Understanding of marketing performance metrics and levers that can drive uplift on ad platforms
* Experience with campaign tagging, attribution, data validation, and issue resolution
* Proactive and results-focused, you go beyond the brief to continuously enhance BI and foster innovation
* Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across teams
* Analytical and creative mindset with a focus on innovative solutions that drive ROI
