This role will see you leading key Salesforce changes to enhance and unify the customer experience across their contact centre and sales teams. The Project Our client is a global leader in their industry, currently on a mission to optimise their processes and unify the customer journey through a robust Salesforce transformation. The Role Spearhead people-centred change initiatives to support the Salesforce transformation with a focus on the customer journey Engage with challenging stakeholders, asking insightful questions to ensure alignment and buy-in Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order-to-cash processes and oversee Case Management within Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds Utilise a background in training and learning to facilitate smooth adoption and understanding of new processes and tools The Skills Required: Strong experience with Salesforce, specifically Sales and Service Clouds with a focus on Case Management Deep understanding of order-to-cash processes. Experience within FMCG is highly desirable, however, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain industries are also beneficial.
