Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of public and in-house training programs.
2. Ensure training content is high-quality, relevant, and meets industry standards.
3. Manage the administration team to ensure seamless scheduling, bookings, and customer support.
4. Oversee logistics, including venue arrangements, training materials, and technology setup.
5. Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of skilled trainers, ensuring their professional development.
6. Engage with clients and industry stakeholders to tailor training solutions to their needs.
7. Manage training budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
8. Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and digital tools to enhance training.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Proven leadership in education management, training delivery, or corporate learning (8+ years).
2. Experience in managing end-to-end training programs and ensuring high-quality delivery.
