A bit about your role You will play a pivotal role in guiding a team of Portfolio and DSO support analysts. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate monthly CAPEX cost allocation and forecasting activities and deliverables, providing financial, resource, and commercial data-driven insights to Portfolio Value Streams and Service Teams. This role is crucial in enabling effective decision-making across SEO and its business partners. You will work closely with the Senior Manager – Commercial and Operations to achieve business value outcomes and foster strong relationships with GMs and senior leaders. Your efforts will support SEO OPEX cost initiatives, ensuring budgetary constraints and target run rates are met. Key responsibilities include leading a team, managing financial governance and reporting, supporting resource management, and driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team. A bit about you You will bring several years of experience in managing metrics & reporting and cost optimisation functions within a large corporation, ideally within Telco industry. Your knowledge PMO and commercial function, as well as familiarity across IT environment technologies and their support systems, coupled with your experience in engaging with third-party service providers, makes you an asset. You excel in financial budget compliance and program cost allocation and reporting and have a proven track record in customer and stakeholder relationship management. Your solid customer service skills enable you to exceed service satisfaction standards, and you have a knack for engaging at all business levels, forging strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You possess commercial and financial acumen, with experience in implementing contracts, reviewing invoices, and conducting IT budgeting forecasts. You have successfully led and built teams from the ground up, establishing trusted relationships with key business stakeholders and driving key initiatives to meet business outcomes. Your process-driven mindset and strategic viewpoint are essential for this role. You are a clear communicator and you deliver messages effectively and manage stakeholders and staff with ease. You are committed to adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring safety for yourself and others.
