Purpose
As our Concierge, you will be the face of hospitality, responsible for elevating our guests' experiences to new heights. You will play a crucial role in providing personalized assistance, local insights, and exceptional service, turning each guest's stay into a memorable adventure.
Key Responsibilities
* Foster Genuine Connections: Build strong relationships with our guests, making them feel valued and comfortable during their stay.
* Transportation and Logistics: Assist guests with transport and travel arrangements, luggage delivery and storage, parking, and valet services.
* Guest Concerns: Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
* Local Insights: Offer expert recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
* Departmental Collaboration: Promote seamless communication and cooperation among departments, including Housekeeping, Front Office (including Reservations), and Maintenance.
Requirements
* Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Task Management: A track record of effectively managing multiple tasks and excelling in high-pressure situations.
* Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
* Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Local Knowledge: Have a good grasp of local knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and improve current knowledge.
* Licence: Possessing an open (manual) driver's license is advantageous.
* Roster Flexibility: Willingness to embrace a flexible rotating roster, including evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts as required.
