Qualifications
* Trade qualifications and prior experience in the hotel industry are preferred.
* Strong understanding of food safety requirements.
* Service-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate well with team members at all levels.
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
