Position Type: 7-month fixed term contract (Parental Leave Cover)
Work Schedule: 9 day fortnight
Salary: $29.50 to $30.86 per hour + superannuation + Leave Loading

Join Regional Australia Bank's Inverell branch as a Customer Advisor for a fixed-term, covering parental leave. This pivotal position will see you as the first point of contact, delivering outstanding service to our customers and responding to their banking needs. As part of a small, supportive team, we're looking for someone who is not only reliable and proactive but is also confident in initiating meaningful customer interactions.
About the Role:
Provide exceptional customer service and accurate transaction processing.
Proactively identify customer needs and cross-sell products and services.
Uphold compliance standards and complete necessary training.
Conduct outbound calls to engage existing customers, strengthening relationships.
What We're Looking For:
A service-driven individual with a solid grasp of customer service principles.
Ability to thrive independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
FSRA ASIC Tier II Accreditation (or willingness to obtain upon starting).
Previous banking or finance experience is a plus but not essential.
