About the role
Our client is a leading supplier of essential materials to the construction industry, and due to growth are currently seeking a full time or part time experienced Administrator to join the team. This company is based in Wollert and offers flexible working hours.
No work from home options available
You will be responsible for:
1. Point of contact for enquiries via phone and email
2. Maintain and develop relationships with customers
3. Updating orders (pallets, confirming customer details etc)
4. Showing initiative to enhance processes and suggest ideas for ongoing improvement
5. Support the branch in its sales and service operations
6. Provide all-round support to the administrative, customer service and warehouse team
To be successful in this role you will have:
7. 1 years experience/knowledge of OneNote
8. SAP experience preferred
9. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
10. Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
11. Reliable and self motivated
