About the Role The RBAC Program is seeking experienced change/implementation managers to play a lead role in implementation activities to help prepare ACQSC and the Sector. The Change Managers will be part of the core Program team and will work closely with other team members, subject matter experts (SME), and project sponsors to efficiently analyse, plan, and deliver change and implementation activities as outlined in the Commission's Framework for Managing Change. The duties of the Change Manager, RBAC include: Key Duties Work within the RBAC Program team to support the implementation and embedding of new ways of working resulting from the reforms. Develop a detailed Change Impact Assessment Report to understand the in-depth details of each change to the extent that it is currently known and that knowledge is evolving. Work with findings from the Change Impact Assessments to work directly with Function Leads and Strategic Business Analysts to design program, functional, and workstream transition states. Develop and deliver a detailed RBAC Program Change Management Plan, which includes detailed stakeholder analysis, change and communication plans, and a training plan. Develop and deliver against a detailed Change Readiness Assessment, including identified strategies to respond to the readiness findings. Maintain the Change Management Plan to ensure that it remains relevant and up to date with any scope/work changes, including the iterative review of analyses. Lead change and implementation activities with operational teams. Identify the need for additional communication materials where required, and work with relevant stakeholders to have those materials developed. Maintain, coordinate, and manage work across ACQSC's related teams including People & Culture, Communications, and Stakeholder Engagement teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging and deliverables. Ensure relevant risks, issues, and modifications are captured in the appropriate manner and systems, and addressed for their successful resolution or minimisation. Provide ongoing coaching and resistance management support where needed. Contract Details EL1 hourly rate contracts, 6-months + possible 12-month extension.
