This large government is seeking an experienced Technical BA to work on several initiatives relating to their Document Exchange projects. Key skills and experience Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position with thorough knowledge and experience of Technical Business Analysis activities. Understanding of complex technological landscape and ability to define technical deliverables that meet the business requirements. Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently with an ability to articulate complex data models and data processing. Demonstrated ability to build productive stakeholder relationships at all levels of seniority. Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, and products. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills with an ability to conduct research into systems as required. Knowledge of BA Methodologies and Governing Bodies (e.g. BABOK, BPMN, IIBA). Previous experience working on Document Exchange solutions (Business to Business, Business to Client, Business to provider). A strong understanding of data analytics processes.
