**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for contract management in major infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will support our Project Team in ensuring smooth contract operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Managing and tracking contract notices, claims, variations, and schedules.
* Assisting in the preparation and submission of project reports, contracts, and correspondence.
* Maintaining contract registers and ensuring compliance with document control standards.
* Supporting financial tracking, program reporting, and contract-related KPIs.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance contract processes and efficiency.
* Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in contract and/or construction project administration.
* Strong proficiency in document management systems and MS Office Suite (SharePoint/InEight/Teambinder preferred).
* Exceptional time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* A proactive mindset with a drive for process improvement and efficiency.
