Collaborating closely with the Founder & Creative Director and Head of Marketing, you will conceptualize and execute compelling visuals across various platforms, enhancing and elevating our brand identity and engaging our audience.About You:You are a passionate and talented creative that can also multitask and project manage. You have exceptional attention to detail; you aren't afraid to take creative risks and act as the ultimate brand guardian. You are a nurturing leader and provide clear feedback and direction whilst always teaching and mentoring the graphic designers that you work with. You have an exceptional creative eye and an operational mindset.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Work closely with the Creative Director and Head of Marketing to execute all customer facing content.Take full ownership of creative projects from start to finish, ensuring the brand's DNA is consistently upheld and Creative Director's vision is actualized.Guide and inspire the creative studio team overseeing the creation of all marketing collateral, including email, social, performance marketing, website, wholesale selling collateral, retail VM and signage, events, GTM calendars, corporate communications and seasonal campaigns and launches.Conceptualize seasonal campaigns working closely with design team and Creative Director to bring collection storytelling to life.Cultivate strong relationships with external creatives, attracting top-tier talent and creative teams to collaborate with the brand.Work with social media team to ideate and execute high performing social content.Oversee pre-production timelines and facilitate all pre-production requirements for shoots with support from marketing coordinator.Manage all briefs and workload of graphic design team and content creators to ensure delivery of assets within set deadlines and communicate up if there are bottlenecks or delivery issues and work with Head of Marketing to find solutions.Support Head of Marketing with content strategy and ensure brand and creative guidelines are current and updated as the brand evolves.Continuously seek opportunities to optimize creative budget spending and recommend necessary changes for priority projects.Qualifications:+5 years' experience in a similar role.Degree or diploma in Graphic Design/Content/Creative arts.Familiar with website & e-commerce platforms.Proven experience working with Creative Directors and founders to execute top line creative vision.Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premier Pro, Capcut.Demonstrates effective time management skills using scheduling tools such as Asana to manage traffic.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to quality and the motivation and ability to work well in a team environment.Ability to meet daily goals and deadlines.Alignment with the Kivari Mission and Values.What we offer:An unrivalled opportunity to shape the identity of a globally recognised brand.Recognition for your passion, dedication, and hard work through exciting incentives, conferences, and awards.A thriving team culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Great office location on the Northern Beaches.How to Apply:Ready to bring your strong drive for success to a growing and dynamic team?
