## **Responsibilities** **Your future team** You'll be part of the Identity Platform reporting to an Engineering Manager in the Authentication domain.
Working on Identity's mobile authentication platform, you'll get to write software that is used by all Atlassian mobile products and impacts the everyday experience of all our users.

**What you'll do** - Work with other mobile engineers on developing, maintaining, and evolving Atlassian's mobile authentication platform - Partner with product managers and designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams as a part of the larger Atlassian family of Jira, Confluence, Trello, Opsgenie and Loom products - Identify and propose the future direction of authentication for our mobile products as Atlassian grows to support our growing base of mobile customer **Your background** You are an Android developer with a background in mobile development and an understanding of mobile development fundamentals, architecture components, and best practices.
- 2 to 4 years of Android app development experience - 2+ years of total development experience - Passionate about delightful user experience and delivering customer value with a high-quality - Understanding of Android fundamentals, architecture components, and best practices (e.g.
Compose, WorkManager) - Experienced with Kotlin/Java or any other OOP language - Experience with Functional reactive programming (RxJava, Coroutines or anything similar) - Experienced with writing testable code and working with mobile test frameworks
