To support this growth, we need another exceptional employment, IR and safety lawyer to help us continue our expansion and success.The RoleAs a Legal Counsel, you would be a member of the Source Workplace Law team, comprising 18 specialist workplace lawyers. Most of our lawyers are top-tier trained and have extensive in-house experience, making us a leading national firm in this area of law.In this role, you would perform high-quality work in a unique in-house style position, across various industries and for clients of different sizes, with no billable hour or timesheet requirements.What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a high-performing employment, IR and safety lawyer who is commercially astute, highly responsive and comfortable providing clear and decisive legal advice.This role can be performed remotely, or from our offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth or Newcastle, or a combination of both.
