Position Overview
JBS Australia is embarking on an ERP business transformation program aimed at consolidating seven separate businesses into a unified SAP platform. This transformation will revolutionize our operations, enhance decision-making capabilities, and streamline processes to drive efficiency and growth.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the implementation of the ERP system, working closely with our trusted implementation partner.
* Prepare and align JBS's internal development team with the overall plan, ensuring readiness for development, integration, and testing activities.
* Manage the change management process effectively in partnership with the implementation partner, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new systems.
* Foster a collaborative work environment across cross-functional teams, building cohesion and ensuring that all aspects of the project support strategic objectives.
* Engage with stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and influencing skills to manage expectations and maintain project alignment.
* Prioritize safety and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
* Utilize project management software and tools proficiently to keep projects organized and on track.
* Achieve product proficiency with ERP systems and demonstrate a strong technical skill set relevant to ERP implementations.
* Provide mentorship and coaching to project managers and junior employees, fostering professional growth and team collaboration.
Experience
* 5+ years SAP Project management – Green and brown field
* 1-2 yrs. Manufacturing Execution systems (MES) desired
* 3+ years delivering SAP to Manufacturing & Supply Chain companies
* 1-2 years Green/Brown SAP Implementation experience and SAP certifications highly preferred
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
* Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
* Expertise in strategic planning, change management, and contract negotiation.
* Proficiency in using project management and collaboration software, such as Microsoft Project, DevOps, and other relevant tools.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and influence team members and stakeholders.
* Experience in budget management and financial risk mitigation.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $180,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
