We're seeking an experienced Change Manager for a large government body to lead and implement change management strategies for key projects.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Change & Engagement, you'll collaborate with project teams, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to drive smooth transitions and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute Change Management Plans for strategic initiatives.
Deliver impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training programs.
Integrate change management into project planning and execution.
Provide coaching and advice to leaders and teams on change strategies.
Align change initiatives with organisational priorities and best practices (PROSCI).
Skills & Experience: Minimum 5+ years' experience in change management.
Degree in Business, HR, Organisational Development, or Change Management.
Prosci Accreditation (or equivalent).
Strong project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
