About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Mining Support Manager to join our Resource Industries team in Mount Thorley.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work proactively with customers to identify aftermarket and technology sales opportunities and influence for future opportunities.
* Development and execution of aftermarket sales strategy by site.
* Account management (KPI reporting, issue resolution, account disputes) for allocated customers.
* Proactively managing fleet performance and continuous improvement to drive TCO.
* Review and provide development feedback on customer proposal preparations.
* Contract negotiation at site level for aftermarket supply and service.
* Develop and maintain a high performing team, driving safety and culture aligned to our Company values.
* Develop the customer site sales budget and own the two to three-year parts, service and solutions forecast.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships and influence with senior site management.
Skills & Experience:
* Tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce/Engineering or similar is highly regarded.
* Experience successfully leading a sales team, ability to drive performance and accountability.
* Understanding of Heavy Mining Equipment 'Total Cost of Ownership' modelling coupled with Commercial experience in the mining industry.
* Proven communication, relationship development & negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
* Effective account management.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines.
* High level of initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability to follow through with required actions.
