About the Role:
As a Campaign Advisor at NACCHO, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic, multi-channel campaigns that align with the organization's objectives. This includes creating comprehensive communications plans, managing budgets, overseeing timelines, and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure impactful campaign delivery. You will monitor campaign performance and foster media and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and evaluate brand and public health campaigns aligned with NACCHO's strategic priorities.
2. Manage multi-channel communications campaigns, including digital, print, and media outreach.
3. Plan campaign budgets, timelines, and execution strategies to ensure successful delivery.
4. Engage with key stakeholders, including government agencies, media, and community organizations.
5. Analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
6. Foster strong relationships with media outlets and other partners to enhance campaign reach and impact.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in campaign planning, execution, and evaluation.
3. Proficiency in campaign planning tools and project management software.
4. Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
5. Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing software.
6. Understanding of the Australian media landscape and PR strategies.
7. Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
