leading payment technology company, Worldline.We launched in Australia in early 2022, providing in-store and ecommerce payment solutions to around 60,000 Australian businesses.Since then we've built a new modern technology platform to enable an exciting roadmap of products and solutions that we began launching in Australia in 2023 and continues to develop.The Opportunity The Senior Logistics & Asset Management Specialist role will report to the Head of Field & Logistics and will be responsible for the setting up and establishing the strategic management of 3rd Party Logistics vendors, hardware and software across the supply chain.This includes planning, monitoring, and tracking of assets, accessories and software versions to ensure compliance with Service Delivery Agreements as well as subcontractor performance across: Repairs and Inventory management, Warehousing, Transportation, Field installations and Field interventions.Critical to the role is providing full visibility of the reporting of assets across the supply chain and driving the performance of the vendors through the constant monitoring of quality, costs and continuous improvement processes.The individual will assist with the budgeting process for procurement strategies to optimise technology spend across the organisation.Establish and maintain Technology Asset Management process and standardsEstablish and drive continuous improvement of 3rd Party Logistics and field services partnersEstablish long term strategic management of software and technology related hardware across the supply chainDevelop and manage reporting metrics for all internal & external data sources which assist the team with decision making.Ensuring the stock allocation is efficient and fit for purpose to achieve SLA'sPlan, monitor, and reconcile month end field & logistics activities against forecasted spendDesign and oversee reports to track all field and vendor activities against forecast.Apply a continuous improvement approach in enhancing the strategies, as well as in tracking company assets within the CMDB throughout their lifecycleAssist procurement, financial, and legal departments in analysing budgets, proposals, and vendor contracts for acquisition, monitoring, and compliance of hardware/software assetsOversee the development and maintenance of tracking system for all hardware/software assets to maintain an accurate inventory and accounting of all assets and their componentsEnsure Implementation and execution of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and strategySupervise logistics partners and/or staff: Inventory management (SCM), Field Services, Warehousing ensuring the service levels are properly executed and met with customer centric work instructionsParticipate in relevant committees: Product Management, Sales and forecasting, Customer Services, FinanceEvaluate asset management and logistics services and processes while providing performance reports and monitor KPI's and costsRecommend on quality improvement of terminals, software and/or processesSigns of success: Deliver on time installations of terminalsManage on time interventions and avoid unnecessary interventionAccurate reporting of assets across the supply chainManage total cost in line with budget and forecastsDeliver high Customer Experience levels through improved Customer Experience, First Time Right Resolutions & Customer SatisfactionSkills we can't do without: 3+ years' experience in Vendor and Asset ManagementProven ability and experience in executing strategic asset management processes successfullySolid experience in managing vendors, preferably in Logistics or Technical areasPossess sophisticated knowledge in customer service areas, excellent knowledge of the business / processes (2 years) and experience in end to end process management.Advanced Analytical skills capabilities including managing databases and building reports using standard Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau or QlikView etc.Excellent communication skills, able to establish very good relations with multiple stakeholdersRelevant tertiary education, certification in asset management and vendor managementExperience in cashless payment industryAdvanced Project ManagementAbility to work efficiently in a complex, dynamic, changing environment in matrix structureAbility to work under
