The position reports to the Family Connect and Support – Team Leader.What You’ll Do:Ensure that vulnerable children, young people and families receive services that meet their needs.Use a child-centred and family-focused approach to identify strengths, needs, risks and protective factors.Establish collaborative relationships with a wide range of specialist and mainstream services to improve outcomes for children, young people and their families.Work collaboratively with Statutory Bodies and support services across the area to improve linkages and develop integrated service responses.Who You Are:You are a compassionate and dedicated professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children, young people, and families.
