The Position
1. Plan, supervise, and monitor food production for residential-catering, functions and events
2. Maintain effective customer and client relationships
3. Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training both FOH and BOH staff
4. Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
5. Ensure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work required
6. Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
The Person
7. Previous Chef Manager with a Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery
8. Experienced in bulk cooking and large functions catering
9. Experienced in managing 10+ employee's
10. Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
11. Exposure to budgets and BOH systems
12. Passion for training & empowering others
13. Have a current Working With Children Check or able to obtain
