Join Deloitte's Enterprise Skills Team in either Melbourne or Sydney and help shape the future of our Sales Skills Academy—a groundbreaking initiative designed to transform how we build sales capabilities across the firm.
What will your typical day look like?
As a Sales Learning Manager, you'll champion the evolution of the Sales Skills Academy, crafting innovative learning experiences that combine knowledge with hands-on application and formal skill recognition.
Your day-to-day will see you collaborating with Growth executives, the National Sales Office, and other key stakeholders to identify business-critical learning needs and deliver impactful solutions.
From designing and curating engaging instructional content to managing end-to-end project delivery, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our sales teams are equipped to excel.
You'll lead needs analysis, create facilitator guides, oversee communications, and deliver regular business reports.
Beyond the strategy, you'll guide project teams, coach facilitators, and manage change processes to drive measurable outcomes for our learners and the business.
About the team Our Enterprise Skills Team is dedicated to partnering with the Growth portfolio to deliver strategically aligned, business-critical Client, Industry, and Sales learning solutions across Deloitte.
Our team plays a pivotal role in enhancing our employees' skills by integrating innovative learning experiences that align with our firm's growth objectives.
Through close collaboration with key stakeholders, we ensure that our learning initiatives are impactful and drive strategic success across Deloitte's diverse business units.
Enough about us, let's talk about you You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences: 5 + years experience in business partnering, project management, and sales.
Strong capability in influencing and managing stakeholder relationships.
Advanced proficiency in learning content design and campaign management.
A track record of successfully delivering learning solutions at scale.
A passion for continuous learning, with a growth and problem-solving mindset.
Prior experience in designing sales learning content is highly desirable.
