Are you looking for a new opportunity where your organizational and coordination skills can shine? We are seeking a meticulous and dynamic Fuel Scheduler to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with transferrable skills in logistics, scheduling, customer service, or operations to bring their expertise to a new industry.
In this key role, you will be responsible for the efficient scheduling of fuel deliveries, planning and coordinating deliveries, managing stock control activities, and ensuring that driver and asset availabilities align with our goals and values. You don't need to have direct experience in fuel scheduling - we value your ability to manage complex logistics, optimize processes, and communicate effectively across teams.
Your role is critical in ensuring that fuel is delivered on time and in the most cost-effective manner, contributing to the smooth operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities
* Data Entry for Key Account Client which projects fuel deliveries required
* Update Key Account Managers with any variance to planned deliveries that will affect the outcome on forecasted volumes
* Compile loads to ensure most efficient use of drivers and equipment (maximise revenue per load and minimise costs)
* Ensure adherence to the responsibilities as set out in the fatigue, Accredited Mass Management Scheme (AMMS) and Maintenance Management Standards, as set out by Main Roads WA and the Toll Standards
* Actively seek any continuous improvement areas that could lead to better outcomes and cost savings for the Business Unit
Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience within a similar capacity desired but not essential
* Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
* Knowledge of HV mass management, fatigue management, dangerous goods, road transport rules and regulations advantageous
* Customer service orientation
* Ability to apply logic and experience to make timely, sound judgements
* Effective statutory interpretation capability
* Highly organised self-starter with strong communication skills
* Ability to adapt, manage change and work under high pressure environment
* Results orientation - commits to ensuring goals are achieved
* Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
* Resident of Karratha or willing to relocate
