Position: Customer Service Officer
Length of Assignment: 3 months (12 weeks) with a possible view to extend
Days & Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30AM to 4:30PM
Pay rate: $34.59/hr + super

Job Brief/Overview:
Duties:
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be at the forefront of all customer interactions, ensuring each interaction is handled with care and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls
* Dealing with complaints regarding services and providing solutions
* Actioning Requests from Residents regarding their Council refuse collections via the resident portal
* Monitor & respond to email in shared mailboxes
* Liaise with Operations
Ideal Candidate:

You should possess the following qualities:
* Previous call center experience or high volume call environment
* Proficiency with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Familiarity with Salesforce
* Customer-focused with a passion for exceeding expectations.
* Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
* Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
