Job Description Finance Operations: Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including payments processing.
Handle corporate card statements across various entities.
Complete due diligence forms for financial transactions.
Payroll: Support multi-currency payroll with data entry and validation.
Accounting & Reporting: Assist with month-end reporting on a global scope.
Process invoices, journals, and maintain the general ledger (GL) .
Perform bank reconciliations .
Support quarterly BAS lodgement and payroll tax compliance.
Contribute to the budget process, sourcing data from the GL .
The Successful Applicant Tertiary qualified and working towards a CA/CPA .
Experience in a global finance environment or is comfortable with time zone challenges.
Proven flexibility and adaptability in career progression.
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Experience with MYOB is beneficial Immediately available What's on Offer Exposure to global finance operations in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Hybrid work setup - typically 1-2 days in office.
