Business Manager - Emergency Rescue TrainingWorkplace Training & Assessment (Education & Training)Full timeBusiness Manager - Emergency Rescue Training Lead an Emergency Rescue Training (RTO) as part of a larger national onsite medical and occupational health business.Full P&L accountability including revenue and management of costs.Exciting role with national growth opportunities.The ideal candidate for the Business Manager position is a highly experienced and dedicated professional with a passion for emergency rescue training and a commitment to excellence.You should have significant experience working in emergency rescue teams within the mining sector, and you will need a proven track record of leadership and training of emergency rescue.Responsibilities: Maintain a roster of skilled and experienced ER trainers to be available for onsite training requirements.Provide leadership to the Training Manager and outsourced consultants.Ensure quality of training courses and act on client and/or student feedback.Schedule course dates and training activities and communicate with clients and the operations team.Manage oversight of training course paperwork & issuances of accreditation certificates.Track and maintain RTO compliance according to ASQA standards.Ensure course qualifications are current to the latest Unit of Competency versions.Organise Leadership courses, Mines Rescue Competitions (pre-competition trainers & competition volunteers).Achieve agreed revenue, margin, and EBITDA financial targets.Generate tender responses and quotes for submission to clients.Liaise with clients to schedule training course subjects/dates, relief personnel, advice & recommendations.Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or similar role.Current Certificate III in Mine Emergency Response.Current Certificate IV Healthcare (Ambulance).Cert IV in Training and Assessing (Preferred).Full rights to work in Australia and current Drivers License.Please press "Apply NOW" Button. #J-18808-Ljbffr
