Part time senior receptionist position available in busy Hobart Hotel. Minimum of 8 hours per week and will increase over the busy season. Exciting opportunity for a senior receptionist to lead a team for a successful Australian Hotel Chain. You will be responsible for: ·Attending to general receptionist duties including answering incoming calls, action emails, sort mail and filing· Provide administrative support·Directing guest check-in and check-out following correct procedures·Ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times·Assisting guests with all questions and reasonable requests·Contacting housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report issues We're looking for someone with: ·Passion for the hospitality industry, previous experience in a similar role / industry· Bubbly personality ·Exceptional customer service skills and experience using RMS ·Computer literate using Microsoft Office suite ·Ability to work autonomously with a desire to contribute within a team environment·Strong attention to detail and organisational and time management skills·Must be available to work weekends and public holidays.
