About the Role:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia. We are seeking passionate and skilled Consultant Psychiatrists to join our dynamic team to make a positive impact on the lives of older people.
As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality mental health services to older adults. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments, developing personalised treatment plans, and providing expert guidance to multidisciplinary teams. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
To be eligible for this position, you must hold a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent, Appropriate Specialist Qualifications and registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with specialist registration; or another qualification as defined in the SA Medical Officers Award.
The Total Indicative Remuneration figure is calculated taking into account base salary, leave loading and superannuation as well as managerial allowances, professional development or any other allowances where appropriate.
