Reporting to our Senior Injury Management Consultant, the role will be responsible for managing Bethanie’s workers’ compensation and injury management services for the South West with a focus on supporting injured staff to return to work in a safe and sustainable manner.Permanent part-time position6 FTE (22.8 hours per week)Working hours are flexible, with the potential to work 4 days across school hoursFlexible working arrangements including WFHKey responsibilities will include:Attend GP and Specialist case conferences to facilitate return to work and appropriate treatmentProviding support and guidance to managers and key personnel to facilitate legislative compliance and apply a consistent approach to workers compensation and injury management across the businessClaims management including establishing and maintaining accurate and comprehensive recordsApplying best practice standards and advice for workers’ compensation, pre-employment medicals and fitness for work casesProvide support to the WHS team through incident investigation, corrective actions and risk assessmentsAbout youYou’re customer-focussed and driven to partner with your stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
