The KWM Insight Program is open to pre-penultimate law students, giving you the opportunity to gain skills, confidence and knowledge into life at King & Wood Mallesons. What you'll learn The program consists of 3 sessions: Session 1 – Panel discussion (virtual) - February 2025. We will cover how KWM is structured and the areas of law we practice in. Session 2 - KWM in Practice (in-person) - date dependent on location. This is a chance to meet some of our partners and junior lawyers to hear about their experiences as legal professionals. Session 3 - Clerkship application insights and tips (in-person) - date dependent on location. We will provide an exclusive insight into the clerkship recruitment process. Total time commitment would be roughly 6 hours across 3 sessions. Upon completion of the Insight Program you will have gained a solid understanding of a top-tier commercial law firm and gained exclusive insight into the recruitment process to help you feel prepared and confident when applying for clerkship positions. You will also become part of the Insight Program alumni. "The KWM Insight Program gave me valuable insight into what a career at KWM looks like and allowed me to explore the kind of lawyer I want to be. I really enjoyed learning about the different practice areas and engaging in meaningful conversations with lawyers across the firm. The Program was especially helpful prior to the clerkship process as it improved my confidence, gave me a taste of KWM’s culture and made it an easy decision to start my career here" Lina Zaioor, 2024 Insight Program participant Together we Learn.
