What you’ll be doing:
Support all cross-division client communication, projects, and deliverables
Manage all cross-division processes as it relates to internal/external communication, integrated planning, integrated deliverables & knowledge sharing
Ensure & facilitate cross-channel planning for new client relationships, new campaigns, or new strategies developed internally or brought to us by the client
Support internal team with cross-channel budget pacing & tracking by QA’ing, updating, and monitoring the monthly budget pacing documents
Utilize planning tools to gather research related to competitive, industry trends, and audience insights
Assist in deck creation for client presentations (QBRs, Monthly/Campaign Recaps, Plan recommendations, etc) building content as well as ensuring that formatting, grammar, and flow of content are accurate and on-brand
Use analytics & data tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau to assist in reporting, cross-channel deliverables, and ad hoc requests
Help identify changes in performance and/or pacing trends to review with internal & external teams
Proactively assist larger channel team to provide POV to clients on industry trends

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
1-2 years of digital marketing work experience
Understanding of digital marketing channels and how they work together (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data
Ability to build relationships with clients and peers
Effective time management and project management skills
Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides)
