The responsibilities of the position include:Managing sites for clients, staff and visitors, ensuring the site is well presented, well maintained, and meets compliance standards.Leading the development, implementation, and review of each client’s comprehensive person-centred plan.Ensuring complete and accurate record keeping and documentation at each house in accordance with Unisson Disability’s policies and procedures and relevant Client Management System.Participating in processes related to the use of Restricted Practices where required.Providing support to clients to prepare for and attend NDIS Plan Review meetings, ensuring all relevant support documentation and evidence is available and actively participating or advocating for the client.Maintaining and continuously improving staff skills through observation, feedback, and coaching.Ensuring continuity of service through planned staff leave and timely recruitment of new staff in collaboration with the Scheduling Team and the Human Resources Team.OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:2-3 years’ experience working in a leadership-based role in Disability Sector.Previous experience supporting clients with behaviours of concerns.Willingness to participate in flexible working hours including on call, evenings, weekends and public holidays.High levels of enthusiasm, initiative, and a positive attitude.
