Competitive salary and performance-based commission structure.Exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.Access to continuous training and professional development.Collaborative and inclusive company culture.Responsibilities Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the FSI sector.Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Develop and grow a sales opportunity pipeline for Oracle Clients in the FSI Industry.Demonstrated ability to sell complex services and solutions with a consultative approach to C-level executives.Develop and close Services opportunities to yield revenue in line with targets.Manage and lead sales/bid process including internal X-Line of Business alignment within the opportunity.Accurately forecast against plans and targets.Develop Account Plans based on understanding of growth opportunities and customer success milestones.Maintain an understanding of competitive activity relevant to designated accounts.Identify key decision makers and influencers at all levels within an opportunity and develop and maintain relationships with them.Negotiate contracts, liaising with internal & external commercial services & approvals.Act as an ambassador for Oracle CSS at clients becoming a trusted advisor.Create compelling value propositions with robust ROI and clear business value articulation.Excel at all areas of business development and sales, i.e. communication, presentations, proposal writing and strategic selling.Maintain an understanding of Oracle CSS direction, product set and services relevant to both Transition and Greenfield sales.Develop close relationships collaborating with other Oracle Lines of Business, particularly with the Application & Technology/Middleware License Sales Organisation and Local Country Management Teams.Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) and proficiency in sales tools.About Us As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow's technology to tackle today's problems.
