It is important that this role provides an exceptional customer service experience when interacting through our multiple channels.Duties include but are not limited to: Provide quality service to both internal and external customers.Manage inbound and outbound calls to serve a diverse customer base.Ensure all sales enquiries are answered in a prompt and courteous manner.Complete data entry of orders with precision and efficiency.Identify potential customers and establish new accounts.Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the Company's products and services.Coordinate appointments with clients for colour selection.Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.Investigate and resolve any customer complaints.Success Requirements: Availability to work weekends.Tertiary qualification in a related discipline.Experience in Building, Design or Sales Industry preferred.A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.Clear verbal and written communication skills.Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong time management.Ability to excel under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.Why join us?
