This is a hands-on role that requires a bias for action, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The successful candidate will partner with the teams in North America and India and will work with leaders in Global locations.What You Will be Accountable For:Work with Global Director of P&C to ensure alignment of People and Culture objectivesWork with local teams to execute the attraction and retention strategy to align with the company high growth plans.Review all existing HR programs and workflow to ensure effectivenessEnsure all programs in place are in adherence to legal and regulatory standardsOversee, coaches and partners with the local leaders and team members on various employee engagement initiatives.Plan and prepare communication material related to HR programs, initiatives and requirementsWork with the Global Director of P&C to implement change management initiatives as required.Coach local managers on various areas, including- employee relations, employment law interpretation, complaints, investigations, risk reduction and response management.Work with Management and the HR team to review and recommend leadership development needsHandle sensitive areas of conflict resolutionWork with management to execute the annual performance review and career development process.Adhoc office management responsibilities.What You Will Bring:A minimum of 2-5years’ HRBP experience.Proven success in leading and coaching business leaders.Experience with a high-volume growth organization.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
