As Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring profitability, staff training, great customer service, and brand consistency, just to name a few.
Your ability to lead, coach, and inspire your team will be essential to achieving further success in this fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create an empowering team environment to deliver outstanding results
* Manage day-to-day operations, including stock management and visual merchandising
* Ensure OH&S and company policy compliance
* Provide an exceptional customer experience and build a loyal customer network
* Initiate and implement strategies to achieve KPIs and drive improvements
* Recruit team members when required
* Provide a supportive and engaging environment for the team
What we ask you to bring to the role:
* Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a team (minimum 3 years)
* Proven ability to engage and motivate your team to achieve KPIs
* A passion for retail and providing superior customer experiences
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills
* Competency in stock management and operational efficiency
* An abundance of energy, positivity, and an ability to build great team dynamics
* Ability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster with flexibility to alter your roster 5 times per year
