Cafe Manager - Stepping Stone Social Enterprise Our Purpose We are a women-led Work Integration Social Enterprise (WISE) who offer employment and tailored training for migrant and refugee women facing significant barriers to employment.

Purpose of Position The Cafe Manager supports and empowers staff through transformative leadership.
This role ensures all key decisions relating to the cafe are purpose-aligned, high quality and foster social connection through hospitality.
It also plays a vital role ensuring an inclusive and supportive workplace for all staff, clear channels of communication between staff, management and all stakeholders.

Salary: Starting at $70,000 + 11.5% Superannuation
