What you will be Doing We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to work in a high-paced environment with a strong focus on safety and teamwork. You will be responsible for:
Scanning and uploading documents Managing emails and providing customer service Learning and maintaining the onboarding/inductions process Verifying training documents What you will need Minimum 12 months experience in Mining Administration Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 (S11) Proven experience in an administrative role Strong computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and customer service skills High level of attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Whats in it for you?
