As a Consultant Geriatrician, you will: Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to older adults, managing complex medical conditions across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop individualized care plans for patients. Provide leadership in the development and implementation of geriatric models of care, including orthogeriatric, cognitive assessment clinics, and rehabilitation services. Supervise and mentor junior doctors, registrars, and allied health professionals. Collaborate with local healthcare providers and community organizations to enhance continuity of care and promote healthy aging. To succeed in this role, you will have: Registration with AHPRA as a specialist in Geriatric Medicine (or eligibility for registration).
