You will collaborate with top minds, grow through continuous learning, and thrive in an environment that rewards and celebrates achievements.Join Us and Make an Impact.As a Spot Coordinator you will focus on customer service and liaise closely to support field staff to drive timely estimation and turnaround of orders from estimation and quote creation to purchase order from the customer.Key Responsibilities:Receive requests from the field service team to provide quotesObtain parts/sub/special pricingPrepare estimates for approval in CPQ (with required input from field staff)Propose new opportunities, provide customer support, verify customer information, do customer follow up, and proactively search for opportunities to sell more SPOT and generate more revenueInform field of work order information, verify schedule for delivery, communicate schedule to customerKey Experience & Capabilities:Experience in Service & site processes, or coordinationTertiary or technical trade qualifications recommended in security, HVAC/Mechanics systems desirableMotivated individuals who are driven to go above and beyondExcellent interpersonal & influencing skillsStrong organizational skills to achieve outcomesWho We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
