As a Sr. Manager, Sales Representative with Element, you can impact the financial success of the business through the ability to secure new business. You will drive revenue and set the course for growth of the business by managing an assigned set of clients and prospects, additionally ensuring that all future clients are strategically developed. Our sales approach is consultative; you must have tenacity to sell an industry-leading service portfolio to solution for future clients wing to wing fleet management challenges. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Generate new business & share of wallet opportunities customers and prospects. Identify needs and develop proposals with Elements value added services. Coordinate end to end sales process in order for a new customer on boarding (this will include risk under writing process, customer visits, contract negotiation and implementation process). Ability to travel at least 60% of the time within assigned (home) territory. Accountable for the overall relationship management of assigned clients. Primary point of contact. Coordinate internal areas in order to meet day to day or new requirements. Meet clients to maintain and growth business relationship. Oversee line renewals and legal changes. New products & services introduction with existing clients to enhance profitability. Presentation of new products to prospects and clients once rolled out. Responsible for the development, planning and execution of a strategic account plan. Including coordinating with strategic consulting projects and business reviews Identify and articulate best practices within the industry. Demonstrated analytical ability, critical reasoning and strategic thinking in order to generate loyalty with customers Education and Experience True hunter mentality; new business development focused BS or BA in business or related field required. MBA is a plus 5-7 years in complex B2B sales environment, preferably selling complex financial concepts/products or other intangible products/services. Experience selling in C-suite settings and influencing C-suite decision-makers strongly preferred. Demonstrated sales discipline and record of sales success and experience leading the successful acquisition of new business through a structured process Ability to travel at least 50% of the time within assigned (home) territory Preferred experience in a financial services, customer-facing commercial sales position Critical thinking - can offer creative solutions to meet client and prospect needs Drive results by successfully presenting to clients and senior management Proven ability to effectively interact at all levels of an organization Knowledge and Competencies A solid understanding of leasing, rates, terms, financing alternatives, billing, vehicle expense reporting, service cards and the proven ability to service and sell to all levels within a client's organization. Must be a result focused self-starter with a high energy level with the ability to initiate and drive activities independently and reliability. Ability to manage volume and service opportunities and effectively close transaction.
