Vitalis is looking for a People & Culture Generalist to take the lead in managing recruitment and workforce management. This full-time position offers you the chance to own the recruitment process from start to finish. As a standalone HR function, you will have the flexibility and autonomy to shape the role, streamline HR processes, and make a tangible impact on our organisation. What You'll Do: Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from partnering with managers to identify staffing needs to sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with the organisation's goals and attract talent. Build and manage recruitment pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of candidates for current and future staffing needs. Provide expert advice on employee relations, compliance, and performance management, supporting managers with HR-related matters. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and those exiting the company. Contribute to a positive workplace culture and ensure safety and compliance standards are met. About You: Proven recruitment experience: 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of HR processes and recruitment functions. Strong background in developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates and managing candidate pipelines. Experience with HRIS and recruitment systems (experience in JobAdder and/or Employment Hero is advantageous) A solid understanding of employment legislation. Why Join Us?
